Mas de Chausse is located in the Chaîne des Alpilles, a small range of low mountains in Provence, southern France.

It is a 30km drive to Arles. This city is on the edges of Camargue, the largest wetlands in France, but also now home to the contemporary art centre, the Luma Foundation.
The nearest village is Barbentane, a ten-minute drive away. It is a typical medieval, Provençal village and has a very good boulangerie.

Avignon also has a TGV railway station, so you can be in Paris in under three hours and in London St Pancreas in around six hours.
The nearest airports are Nîmes-Garons Airport (45 minutes drive away) and Marseille Provence Airport (about an hour away).
